Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

1. Delivery times

• Orders placed before 15:00: shipped the same day (express service).
• Orders placed after 15:00: shipped the next working day.
• Spain and Portugal (mainland): 24–48 working hours.
• Europe:
• France, Italy and Germany: 2–10 working days
• Rest of Europe: variable delivery times depending on the country (shown automatically at checkout or available before completing the order)
• International: 5–25 days depending on country and service.

2. Shipping costs

Spain and Portugal (mainland)

• Free shipping from €29
• €7 for orders equal to or below €29

Europe

• France, Italy and Germany: shipping from €15 (depending on order)
• Rest of Europe: variable rates depending on country (shown automatically at checkout)
• Free shipping from €150 (depending on country)

3. Size exchanges

• First size exchange free of charge in Spain and Portugal (mainland), subject to store conditions.
• Subsequent exchanges: shipping costs covered by the customer.
• Model or colour exchanges: at the customer’s expense.
• Used, damaged items or items without tags are not accepted.

We process exchanges with pickup and delivery in approximately 48 hours.

4. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The period starts from the receipt of the last item.

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days from notification.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.

Returning products

• The customer must return products within 14 days of requesting a return.
• Return costs are borne by the customer, except in Spain and Portugal (mainland), where the first size exchange and returns may be free according to store conditions.
• The customer is responsible for any depreciation resulting from improper use.
