8. Shipping Costs

• Spain & Portugal: Free shipping from €29
• EU countries: Free shipping from €150
• Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: €15 fixed fee

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Legal Right)

In accordance with EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period begins from the day the customer receives the product.

10. Returns and Exchanges (Extended Policy)

In addition to the legal 14-day withdrawal right, we offer an extended return period of 30 calendar days.

Refund conditions:

• Items must be returned in original condition
• Products must not show signs of misuse
• Original packaging should be included when possible

Refund timing:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and verifying the returned goods.

Return costs:

• Spain & Portugal: Free returns and exchanges
• Other EU countries: Return costs are borne by the customer (unless defective item)

All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under EU consumer law.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
