All orders confirmed before 16:00h will be sent by our Express delivery service on the same day and the package will be delivered to the customer within a maximum of 24h to 48h on weekdays (for Balearic and Peninsula of Spain and Portugal ).

For shipments to France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Netherlands, Italy, Denmark, Madeira (Portugal), Azores (Portugal), The Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla the package will be delivered to the customer within a period of 2-6 business days (depending on the selected Carrier).
For shipments to the rest of Europe, delivery to the customer will be within a period of 4-10 working days.
For shipments to countries in South America the package will be delivered to the customer within 5-25 days (depending on the selected Carrier).
Shipments within Spain (Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla included) and Portugal (Peninsula).
Shipping is FREE if total purchase amount exceeds 29 Euros.
If the amount of the purchase is less than or equal to 29 Euros, the shipping costs will be 7 Euros (including taxes).
Shipments of France and Madeira (Portugal)
Shipping is FREE if total purchase amount exceeds 150 Euros.
If the amount of the purchase is less than or equal to 150 Euros, the shipping costs amount to 15 Euros (including taxes).
The first change of the product size is completely free for purchases above 49 €. The shipping costs are then borne by LOVO®.
For subsequent changes of products for size the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
The costs of changes for any other model or color have to be borne by the customer.
It is not possible to change damaged products or products with a broken product label.
The free service to change the size is only valid for online purchases (customers within Peninsula Spain and Portugal) by our website.
How I can change the size
Simply write an e-mail to LOVO® with the details of your order number, customer name and the required size. Within 48 hours the product with the required size will be delivered to the customer and the same agent will collect the package.
Customers can return products within 30 days after receiving the product.
The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was purchased. Products with damaged labels and broken products will not be accepted.
The customer bears the cost of shipping to return.
If there is a mistake in returning because of LOVO® or the customer received the product damaged or in a poor condition, LOVO® bears for all shipping costs for returns
How I can return the product?
Write an email to LOVO® with details of the order number, customer name and why you want to return the product.
The customer must return the product to the direction of LOVO®, LOVO® will refund the amount.
If the return is due to an error of LOVO® or the product that the customer received is damaged or in a poor condition, LOVO® will send a shipping agent to collect the product and refund 100% after examining the product.
