Delivery Time

  • Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day via our express delivery service. The package will be delivered to the customer within a maximum of 24 to 48 business hours (for the Balearic Islands and the peninsulas of Spain and Portugal).

  • Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next day via our express delivery service. The package will be delivered to the customer within a maximum of 24 to 48 business hours (for the Balearic Islands and the peninsulas of Spain and Portugal).

  • For deliveries to France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, the Netherlands, Italy, Denmark, Madeira (Portugal), the Azores (Portugal), the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the package will be delivered to the customer within a maximum of 2 to 6 business days (depending on the chosen service).

  • For deliveries to the rest of Europe, the package will be delivered to the customer within a maximum of 4 to 10 business days.

  • For deliveries to countries in South America, the package will be delivered to the customer within 5 to 25 days (depending on the chosen service).

Shipping Costs

Shipping within the Spanish Peninsula (including the Balearic Islands) and Portugal (Mainland)

  • Free shipping for purchases over 29 Euros.

  • Shipping cost of 7 Euros (including taxes) for purchases under or equal to 29 Euros.

Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, France, Italy, Andorra, Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom, and Madeira (Portugal)

  • Free shipping for purchases over 150 Euros.

  • Shipping cost starting from 15 Euros (including taxes) for purchases under or equal to 150 Euros.

International Deliveries

Product Exchange by Size

  • The first size exchange is free for purchases over 39€, and the shipping costs are covered by LOVO®.

  • For subsequent size exchanges, the customer bears the shipping costs.

  • The cost of exchanging for another model or color is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Products damaged by the customer or with torn labels will not be accepted for exchange.

  • The free size change service applies only to purchases made on our website, by phone, or WhatsApp (for customers within the Iberian Peninsula, Spain, and Portugal).

How to Perform a Size Exchange?

It's easy!

  • Simply send an email to LOVO® with the details of your order, your name, and the desired size. Within 48 hours, the product with the requested size will be delivered, and the courier will collect the previous package.

Return Policy

  • Customers can return products within a maximum of 30 days (2 months for purchases made at Christmas and on Three Kings Day) after receiving the product.

  • The returned products must be in the same condition as when purchased. Damaged products or products with torn labels will not be accepted.

  • In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

  • If there is an error in the return by LOVO®, or if the customer receives a damaged or defective product, LOVO® will cover all shipping costs associated with the return.

Return Procedure

It's simple!

  • Send an email to LOVO® with the details of your order and the reason for the return.

  • Send the product to the address provided by LOVO®. Upon receiving the product, LOVO® will refund the full amount.

  • In the case of a return due to an error by LOVO® or if the received product is damaged or defective, LOVO® will arrange for a courier to collect the product and will provide a 100% refund after examination.
